The ability of SEREDEC to accomplish its vision on Southeast region transformation and development is totally dependent on the extent to which it can manage its core strategy. This could only be achieved by providing strategic clarity on the planning process. SEREDEC, in partnership with all relevant stakeholders from the Southeast region of Nigeria, is developing a Regional Integrated Master Plan that would cover 6 key areas which include Infrastructure, Agriculture, Industries, Healthcare, Security and Project Funding.
